In our prospect review work, it is helpful to distinguish between Events and Appeals. An event record shows active participation from the prospect. An appeal record, by contrast, shows that we attempted to contact the prospect (status=sent), or that the prospect responded to our contact (status=responded).
As fundraising appeals multiply over the years, it becomes difficult to differentiate the Event records from the campaign/appeal records, since they are displayed in the same area of the Contact record. This, in turn, complicates the task of prospect-by-prospeect review.
It would be helpful if Contact layouts separated Events records with status=responded from campaign/appeal records on the layout.
Is there a way that I could customize that, and/or would Causeview developers consider that as an upgrade item for the Contact layout?
